Huge Market Potential:
We are looking for innovative and industry-changing businesses that will impact large and important markets. We are not interested in an incremental shift or a marginal return.

Sustainable Competitive Advantage:
We are looking for companies that can sustainably differentiate themselves from the competition by utilizing technology, intellectual property, a unique business model, partners, branding or a top-notch team—any advantage that can be used to counter the competition that inevitably challenges every successful venture.

Number One:
We are looking for companies that intend to lead a well-defined market. Leaders, whatever the field, are able to hire the best teams, form the best partnerships and achieve the best business metrics. They're winners. A Number Two company might offer a nice way to make money, but Number One changes the way things are done. Number One creates lasting value and outstanding wealth.

A World-Class Team:
We are looking for first-rate entrepreneurs and teams. (In our experience, "A" teams hire "A" players, while "B" teams tend to hire "C" players.)
